LogicMonitor launches Edwin AI for ITOps on AWS Marketplace

LogicMonitor has announced that Edwin AI, its AI Agent for IT Operations (ITOps), is now available in the AI Agents and Tools category of AWS Marketplace.

Customers looking to incorporate AI agent solutions into their IT operations can now find, purchase, and deploy Edwin AI directly through AWS Marketplace using existing AWS accounts. This move is expected to accelerate the adoption and development of agentic workflows across multiple sectors.

Edwin AI is designed for IT operations teams, aiming to streamline incident investigation and resolution. The tool assists in correlating alerts, identifying root causes, and recommending or triggering automated remediation actions.
