GoTo has updated its LogMeIn Resolve platform for managed service providers, adding artificial intelligence tools, broader multi-tenant management and new integrations.

The release focuses on MSPs that manage multiple customer environments through a single platform. It includes AI-based technician insights, multi-tenant software inventory, custom tenant branding, an open beta Model Context Protocol server and closer links with third-party security, documentation and professional services automation tools.

Managed service providers typically support fleets of devices and applications for several clients at once, making tenant separation and workflow coordination core operational issues. The latest Resolve changes target those day-to-day tasks, particularly patching, support sessions, ticket handling and software visibility across customer estates.

AI tools

The update adds AI-driven technician features that highlight common vulnerabilities and exposures, summarise patching errors and provide one-click screen analysis. These tools are intended to help technicians identify issues faster and spend less time switching between manual checks and support tasks.

Resolve also adds software inventory tools for multi-tenant use, including per-tenant installation counts and tenant-level filtering and reporting for audit purposes, while keeping customer environments separate within the system.

Another new feature allows custom branding for remote support sessions, letting MSPs tailor user interfaces and visuals for each client. Tenant-based policy management is also due to be added, allowing device policies to be scoped and enforced at tenant level rather than through manual segmentation.

Integration push

A key part of the update is a broader integration strategy. Resolve now includes an MCP server in open beta, allowing technicians to use the platform through AI assistants that support the open standard. GoTo said users will be able to query devices, triage tickets and launch remote sessions from their AI tools, while retaining access controls and audit records.

GoTo has also expanded its integration with Acronis EDR and XDR, bringing alerts from endpoint detection and response and extended detection and response products into Resolve. That means technicians can review and respond to alerts without moving to a separate console.

An updated HaloPSA integration is designed to improve ticket synchronisation and show device context within Halo's professional services automation environment. Integrations with Hudu and IT Glue are also planned, aimed at showing Resolve data inside documentation and IT asset management systems that MSP technicians already use.

The additions reflect a wider trend in IT management software, as vendors try to reduce the number of separate interfaces technicians need during support work. For MSPs, the pressure is often tied to margins, staffing costs and the need to maintain clear separation between customers while keeping service levels consistent.

One existing user cited operational benefits from the platform.

"Our growth was made possible thanks to Resolve's capabilities," said Federico Fobert, Chief Executive Officer, ITM Service Provider. "Thanks to these tools, we have been able to avoid hiring additional operators, saving both time and resources, increasing professionalism, and ensuring a highly reliable service for our customers. LogMeIn Resolve is the software that works for you and for your customers - and that is priceless."

GoTo framed the update as a response to the practical workload of MSP teams juggling support, security and record-keeping across multiple clients. The company has been developing Resolve as part of its wider IT and communications software portfolio and said the latest release was shaped around common friction points in managed services operations.

Steve Shattuck, Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems at GoTo, said the changes were intended to address those issues directly.

"MSPs are tired of platforms that aren't built for how they actually work, whether it's jumping between tools to manage security alerts or rebuilding documentation by hand after every session," said Shattuck. "LogMeIn Resolve is already the platform MSPs trust to run their business, and today's enhancements help it work even harder for them."
