Gamma & Red Cactus expand CRM-UCaaS links in Europe
Gamma has struck a strategic alliance with Dutch CRM and ERP integration specialist Red Cactus that will make Red Cactus's Bubble integration software available across Gamma's partner network in Europe.
The agreement centres on integrating customer relationship management systems and enterprise resource planning platforms with Gamma's unified communications as a service products. Gamma said the arrangement covers all countries where it operates, with the UK and the Netherlands set as the first markets.
Gamma sells communications services to businesses and public sector organisations. It operates mainly through channel partners in the UK and uses a mix of partners and a self-service digital platform in Germany. The company also has operations in Spain and the Benelux region.
Red Cactus provides integration services for telecom operators and resellers. Its Bubble platform connects UCaaS services with more than 200 CRM and ERP systems. The company said the list includes global platforms and tools that are specific to certain countries and industries.
Partner rollout
Gamma said Red Cactus integrations for Gamma's UCaaS platform will be available exclusively through Gamma in the markets where Gamma operates. The companies said they plan a phased roll-out beyond the UK and the Netherlands. Gamma cited Germany and Spain as later additions.
Gamma plans to distribute the integrations through GammaPlus, which it describes as a digital storefront for partners. Gamma said partners use GammaPlus to discover, sell and manage services through an automated platform.
The partners said Bubble gives Gamma's channel access to integrations across more than 200 CRM and ERP platforms. The companies positioned that coverage as a way for resellers to address local requirements. They also pointed to industry-specific software as a feature of the combined offer.
CRM focus
Many organisations now connect communications tools with customer systems. In that context, Gamma and Red Cactus said the alliance puts CRM integration alongside communications services in the channel.
"This alliance is about making it easier for our partners to deliver real value to their customers. Deep CRM integration is no longer a 'nice to have' - it is fundamental to how businesses want to communicate and operate. By bringing Red Cactus and its Bubble platform into the Gamma ecosystem, we are giving partners access to a proven, scalable integration capability that helps them differentiate, win in vertical markets and grow with confidence across Europe," said Richard Ablitt, Commercial and Strategy Product Manager, Gamma.
Red Cactus said it had worked with Gamma for close to a year ahead of the announcement. The company said partners had already shown demand for its integrations inside Gamma's portfolio.
"We are proud that Gamma has selected Red Cactus to strengthen its portfolio across Europe. After nearly a year of close collaboration working towards this milestone, we are excited to officially announce this alliance and respond to the strong demand from partners for our integrations within Gamma's portfolio over the past year," said Walter Kaan, Co-owner, Red Cactus.
Product details
The companies said the integrations will cover widely used CRM platforms as well as country-specific and industry-specific systems. They said this forms part of the offer for partners working in local markets and verticals.
Red Cactus said Bubble supports deployment without complex on-site installations. It said partners can roll out integrations independently without additional vendor involvement.
Red Cactus also described Bubble as GDPR-compliant by design and security-first. The company said it built the platform on a cloud-native architecture.
Gamma said the alliance links to Red Cactus's roadmap, including planned AI-enabled capabilities across CRM integrations. Gamma said partners will see the integrations become available in phases through GammaPlus, starting in early 2026.
