Cyber Fusion Distribution and Intezer have partnered to offer Intezer's ForensicAI SOC to UK resellers and managed security service providers, expanding access to the platform across the UK channel.

The partnership is aimed at security teams facing rising alert volumes and limited analyst capacity, particularly where lower-severity alerts are often set aside in favour of more urgent warnings. Intezer's system is designed to automatically triage and investigate alerts across an organisation's existing security tools.

Channel support

Under the arrangement, Cyber Fusion will support channel partners in introducing, positioning and deploying the Intezer platform. Partners will also be able to use it to strengthen existing security operations centre and managed detection and response services, or build new services around alert triage, forensic investigation, incident response and detection improvement.

Intezer said its platform combines agentic AI with endpoint analysis, memory scanning, reverse engineering and built-in threat intelligence. This allows every alert to be investigated in depth, including lower-severity signals that might otherwise receive less attention.

The companies are targeting a longstanding operational problem for security teams. Analysts often spend significant time dealing with false positives and repetitive first-line and second-line investigation work, while organisations are under pressure to examine potential threats more quickly.

According to Cyber Fusion, the partnership gives UK end users a channel route to the technology without requiring a broader overhaul of their security operations. Customers can use the platform to increase security operations centre capacity while keeping their existing security environment in place.

Security operations

Steve Mullen, Founder of Cyber Fusion Distribution, outlined the rationale for the agreement.

"Security teams should not have to choose between investigation depth, speed and coverage," said Steve Mullen, Founder of Cyber Fusion Distribution.

"Intezer gives our partners a differentiated way to help customers investigate more alerts without simply adding more people or replacing their existing security stack. Combined with Cyber Fusion's technical and commercial support, it creates a strong opportunity for resellers and MSSPs to develop valuable AI-powered security operations services," added Mullen.

The agreement reflects continued interest in tools that promise to reduce manual workloads inside security operations centres. For channel partners, the appeal lies in packaging those tools into services for customers that want broader alert coverage without taking on the cost of expanding internal teams.

Partner opportunities

Cyber Fusion positions itself as a specialist cybersecurity distributor working with resellers, managed service providers and end users across sectors including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality and the public sector. Its role in the partnership will be both commercial and technical, supporting partners as they bring the Intezer product to market.

Intezer, based in New York, describes its offering as an AI-led security operations platform focused on forensic investigation. The company said the system can automatically resolve false positives and escalate genuine threats with evidence and remediation guidance.

Mark Daggett, Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances at Intezer, said the distributor's channel focus was a factor in the partnership.

"Cyber Fusion combines strong cybersecurity expertise with a clear understanding of what partners need to build successful and profitable services," said Mark Daggett, Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances at Intezer.

"Together, we will help more organisations remove security operations bottlenecks, investigate threats consistently and enable analysts to focus their expertise where it delivers the greatest value," added Daggett.
