Auxia has launched Agent Studio for marketing teams, following what it says are more than 200 billion autonomous personalisation decisions delivered to date.

Agent Studio is designed to let marketers use AI agents to plan, build and launch campaigns across their existing software tools. It connects with email service providers, customer data platforms and other systems already used by marketing teams, while also working with Auxia's Decisioning product.

The launch expands Auxia beyond decisioning software into a broader marketing workflow offering. Agent Studio is positioned as a central workspace for campaign creation, analysis and coordination, with the aim of reducing manual work and internal approval delays.

Auxia says the product addresses persistent problems for lifecycle marketing teams, including fragmented organisational knowledge, slow campaign execution and the need to coordinate with legal, product, analytics and leadership functions.

Institutional knowledge often sits across separate tools, documents and meeting records, making it difficult for teams to preserve context when staff change roles. Agent Studio is intended to provide a shared foundation of business information that AI agents can use when carrying out work.

A second element is workflow automation. Marketers can describe an objective in natural language, and AI agents will plan, build, execute and optimise campaigns across existing systems, either on demand or on a schedule.

The product also includes a collaborative workspace to manage feedback and approvals. Agents can collect comments, summarise proposed changes, reconcile conflicting requests and route items to teams including legal, brand, creative, analytics and operations.

Decision milestone

Alongside the launch, Auxia said it has now delivered more than 200 billion autonomous personalisation decisions. That is double the cumulative volume it reported after previously passing the 100 billion mark.

Its Decisioning engine now processes more than 500 million decisions a day for large corporate customers, according to the company. Auxia identified users including Atlassian, Comcast and Docomo.

That decisioning business underpins the new release. While Agent Studio can be deployed on its own, it is designed to operate with Decisioning so marketers can plan and execute campaigns in one environment while customer interactions are personalised across channels.

Marketing workflow

Auxia described several use cases for large companies. These include spotting changes in customer behaviour, creating audience segments and recommending actions for approval, as well as automating recurring tasks such as campaign monitoring and weekly business reviews.

The system can also identify weaker lifecycle emails, pull approved creative content, route updates through reviewers and then update email systems automatically. Another cited use is generating localised campaigns for regional review to reduce translation and coordination work.

Sandeep Menon, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Auxia, linked the launch to the time marketing teams spend on manual execution and internal processes.

"Lifecycle marketers aren't blocked by talent or ideas. They're blocked by execution. Half of their week goes to building campaigns by hand and chasing approvals across five different teams," Menon said.

He added that Auxia sees the product as a way to shift effort away from operational work.

"Agent Studio is the command center we always wanted to build: it holds the context, does the work, and coordinates the people so marketers spend their time on strategy and creative judgment, not configuration," Menon said.

Agent Studio is available in early access, according to Auxia. The Palo Alto-based company was founded by former engineers and growth leaders from Google and Meta and is backed by investors including VMG Technology Partners, MUFG Innovation Partners, Incubate Fund, Vela Partners and Stage 2 Capital.
