Assistly has launched a Revenue Operations module for its senior care software platform, extending the system into billing and financial management.

The module brings income, expenses, invoicing, payments, vendor payments, and workforce costs into a single view. It also links that information to scheduling and timesheets already managed in the platform.

The product targets senior care operators that still manage revenue in spreadsheets while handling admissions, care, staffing, and compliance in separate systems. Assistly says that fragmentation makes it harder to see what is affecting occupancy, staffing costs, and overall financial performance.

The launch expands a platform that already covers customer relationship management, resident move-ins, clinical operations, staff management, and compliance. With the new module, information can move across six operational areas instead of remaining siloed.

A newly onboarded customer said the financial element was a key reason for choosing the system.

"For many providers, revenue still lives in spreadsheets, making it difficult to get a holistic picture of the P&L," said a newly onboarded Assistly customer who selected the platform for its Revenue Operations module. "Assistly brings income, expenses, invoicing, payments, and workforce costs together, giving us the financial visibility we were missing in one place."

Operational link

Assistly's pitch centres on linking financial data to day-to-day operations. Operators can track referrals and prospective residents from first contact through admission, while also monitoring occupancy, staffing, care delivery, billing, and payment status.

For multi-location providers, this is meant to offer a clearer view of where inquiries turn into residents, where prospects stall, and how staffing and care activity flow through to revenue and costs. Leads remain visible on an administrator dashboard until they convert or are closed.

On the workforce side, caregivers can clock in from any device, submit time-off requests, and carry forward weekly rotations without manually rebuilding schedules. Teams using Assistly's staff management tools have reported cutting payroll preparation time by nearly 80%.

According to the company, the platform also uses artificial intelligence in scheduling, drawing on caregiver skill sets, availability, and care needs to flag potential gaps before they become missed shifts or overtime.

Sector focus

Senior care operators are under growing pressure to manage occupancy, labour costs, and compliance while maintaining care standards. Software suppliers have responded with specialist tools for admissions, clinical records, scheduling, and billing, but many providers still rely on multiple products and manual workarounds.

Assistly is targeting that gap with a single system for personal care homes, assisted living communities, adult day care centres, and in-home care agencies. The new module is especially relevant for mid-sized to large operators and businesses running several locations, according to the company.

A senior operator at a multi-home care group described the effect of consolidating data in one place.

"Previously, we used to constantly switch between systems just to understand where we stood," said a senior operator at a multi-home care group. "Now we can track inquiries, admissions, and revenue in one place. Assistly has changed how we manage occupancy and plan ahead."

Founders' view

Rajesh Indurthi, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Assistly, said the software was shaped by the practical demands of senior care operations rather than a narrow focus on a single function.

"Running a care home is not just about care delivery. It is about keeping beds filled, managing staff, staying compliant, and making sure the business is sustainable," said Rajesh Indurthi, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Assistly. "Assistly reflects that reality. It supports both the care side and the business side without adding complexity."

Bindu Vemireddy, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Assistly, said the market remains crowded with single-purpose products.

"The market has no shortage of point solutions. What has been missing is a system that connects operations to outcomes. That is where Assistly fits, especially for mid- to large-sized providers looking to scale," said Vemireddy.
