Andre Schindler promoted to SVP at NinjaOne amid growth

Andre Schindler has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Global Sales, at NinjaOne, a company known for its IT platform focused on endpoint management, security, and visibility. Schindler will also retain his existing responsibilities as General Manager for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. In his new role, Schindler will be responsible for leading the global account management and sales development teams.

This promotion follows significant growth for NinjaOne in the EMEA region. Schindler established NinjaOne's EMEA headquarters in Berlin in 2018 and has built the company's sales and service organisations across Europe. Under his guidance, NinjaOne has experienced substantial success in the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) market and across the EMEA region as a whole. From the first half of 2023 to the first half of 2024, the company recorded a year-over-year customer growth of 70% in DACH and 75% in EMEA. The Berlin office now employs several hundred staff members.

NinjaOne's cloud-native platform addresses multiple IT management needs, such as endpoint management, security, and visibility for various devices. The platform aims to increase productivity, reduce risks, and lower costs for IT teams by providing unified visibility and control over all devices. NinjaOne's solutions also include patch management, software deployment, remote access, and endpoint backup. The company has been recognised on G2, where it has earned top ratings in eight software categories, including endpoint management, RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), MDM (Mobile Device Management), and patch management.
