VinciWorks unveils AI-driven tool for smarter learning
VinciWorks has launched Conversational Learning, an AI-powered compliance training tool built on its own compliance scenarios and ethics data.
The new platform aims to increase engagement and retention in compliance eLearning by replacing traditional passive learning modules with dynamic, voice-enabled interactions. According to VinciWorks, Conversational Learning adapts to each user's tone, confidence, understanding, and language, offering a personalised experience intended to improve comprehension and reduce compliance risks.
VinciWorks says the system leverages 20 years of compliance scenarios and ethical frameworks, enabling learners to interact via text or speech in any language, while real-time AI continuously tailors the training. The result, the company claims, is a training session more akin to coaching than coursework, promoting curiosity, critical thinking, and behavioural change.
Shmuli Goldberg, Head of AI and Chief Marketing Officer at VinciWorks, said:
"It's not just about passing a course; it's about engaging your participants and protecting your business. Conversational Learning combines the science of retention with the power of generative AI to deliver training that people actually remember and apply. Compliance training, if done right, should not be a hindrance, but should empower employees to make decisions and act independently while keeping business safe."
VinciWorks cites research from the National Training Laboratory which indicates that while lecture-based learning delivers just 5% retention, active learning methods can raise this to 90%. Conversational Learning is designed to deliver these gains by making training a dialogue, not a formality.
The training tool also generates AI-driven reports for compliance and learning managers, analysing every interaction to provide data on user engagement and comprehension. These reports are intended to highlight vulnerabilities and give actionable insights into staff behaviour and knowledge gaps.
Richard Rowan, Head of Learning and Development at a firm which participated in beta testing, said:
"We were thrilled to be part of the beta testing for Conversational Learning. In fact, 84% of our trial users found Conversational Learning more engaging than traditional eLearning, and 84% said they felt motivated to complete the training. But what really stood out for me was the feedback loop. The AI-generated report didn't just show who passed; it revealed how people think. It highlighted vulnerabilities, gave clear next steps, and delivered real insights I can act on. That's incredibly valuable for anyone in L&D. It's exactly what we need to make the training stick."
The platform's features include voice and text-based honest conversations, adaptive learning paths, immersive film scenarios, a critical thinking focus with no rote memorisation, and intelligent reporting for management oversight.
Twelve courses are currently live, covering areas such as anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, bullying and harassment, corporate fraud prevention, the Equality Act, gifts and hospitality, mental health, online safety, phishing awareness, safeguarding, sexual harassment, and tax evasion. VinciWorks states that new courses will continue to be added as the product expands across sectors and regions.
