TXO has appointed Oliver Lemanski as Group Chief Executive Officer and Meave O'Marah as Group Chief Financial Officer. Both have joined the board, while John Campbell becomes Non-Executive Chairman.

The pair previously worked together at OnProcess Technology before its acquisition by Accenture in 2023.

TXO operates in the circular technology market, helping telecoms operators, network owners and organisations managing large technology estates recover, refurbish and reuse network equipment. Its UK recovery and processing operations include a facility in South Wales.

The leadership changes come as TXO looks to expand internationally in a market shaped by pressure on operators and other asset owners to extract more value from existing equipment and manage technology assets over a longer lifecycle.

Lemanski brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience. His background spans supply chain, service operations, aftermarket strategy and business transformation, including reverse logistics, digital transformation and service innovation.

O'Marah joins with senior finance experience across private equity-backed and privately owned businesses, including periods of expansion and transition.

Board changes

Campbell is moving from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman as part of the reshaped leadership structure.

He said the appointments are intended to support the next stage of the business. "Oliver and Meave bring the experience, judgement and leadership TXO needs for its next phase of growth. They have led international service businesses, understand complex supply chains and know how to turn ambition into delivery.

"TXO has significant momentum, and we see substantial opportunity ahead as organisations look for better ways to manage technology across its full lifecycle. I look forward to supporting Oliver, Meave, the whole Senior Leadership Team and the wider Board as the company builds on that progress," Campbell said.

TXO sees the market opportunity in demand from customers trying to balance cost control, supply chain resilience and asset management with pressure to reduce waste and extend the use of existing hardware.

Its customer base includes telecoms groups such as Virgin Media O2, as well as network owners and businesses operating complex technology estates. The company works across the recovery, refurbishment and reuse of critical network equipment that might otherwise be retired from service.

Market focus

Lemanski said customers are dealing with growing complexity in their technology environments. "TXO has established a clear position in the market, helping organisations install and run high-performing service networks while recovering more value from the assets they already own, keeping critical equipment in use for longer and making better decisions about what happens to technology when it leaves live service.

"As technology estates become more complex, customers need partners that can combine operational expertise, data, AI and practical delivery. I am excited to join TXO and work with the team to build on its progress, strengthen customer partnerships and help more organisations make circularity work commercially and operationally," Lemanski said.

TXO describes its business as covering a broad range of technology lifecycle management services, including field engineering, network services, spare parts management, test and repair, infrastructure rationalisation, asset recovery and urban mining.

The company positions those services around keeping equipment in use for longer and extracting residual value from assets after they leave live service. That approach has gained prominence as telecoms groups and other network operators face long infrastructure replacement cycles and periodic supply chain shortages.

O'Marah said her focus would be on disciplined expansion as the company grows. "TXO has a strong platform for growth, with services that respond directly to the pressures customers are facing around cost, efficiency, supply chain resilience and responsible asset management.

"I am delighted to join the business and the Board at such an important point in its development. As TXO continues to scale, my focus will be on supporting disciplined growth and long-term value for customers, partners and stakeholders," O'Marah said.
