Tollring and ROGER365.io have formed a strategic alliance to integrate their Microsoft Teams contact centre and recording products. The deal links two Microsoft-certified systems for shared customers and channel partners.
The agreement combines the ROGER365.io contact centre, sold in its Xtend and UnifAI editions, with Tollring's Analytics 365 recording and conversation analysis tools. The combined offer can be configured through the companies' existing admin portals without custom development.
Under the integration, users can play back Tollring recordings inside the ROGER365.io application in Microsoft Teams. AI-generated call summaries based on Tollring transcripts can also be logged automatically to customer relationship management or service management systems.
Tollring's compliant call recording is certified by Microsoft to current standards. This is aimed in part at financial services firms and other regulated sectors that need to retain records of customer conversations.
The alliance also adds Tollring's Auto QA product, which assesses customer interactions, and CIQpilot, which lets users query conversation data in natural language. Both companies are targeting organisations that already use Microsoft Teams as their main telephony system and want additional contact centre and service desk functions.
Channel focus
Much of the rationale lies in the companies' partner networks. ROGER365.io has its strongest presence in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, while Tollring has a stronger foothold in the UK, giving each side access to a different reseller base.
That limited overlap may reduce direct channel conflict while giving partners another product to add to existing Microsoft-focused customer accounts. The alliance is intended to give resellers a packaged offer that can be deployed quickly.
ROGER365.io said the integration work revealed broader scope for closer product links between the two systems. It described the alliance as a starting point rather than the end of the relationship.
"Our customers choose Teams as their phone system and expect customer contact to work natively there. With Tollring we complete that picture. Agents stop typing call notes because summaries land in the right system automatically, supervisors act on every conversation instead of a sample, and regulated customers get certified compliance recording inside their contact centre. During the integration work we discovered how much more the two platforms can do together. This announcement is the starting point, not the finish line," said Gerben Hoogwerff Kroon, Chief Executive Officer, ROGER365.io.
Teams market
Microsoft Teams has become a central telephony and collaboration platform for many businesses, creating an opening for software suppliers that add specialist tools around calling, customer service and regulatory recording. Both companies are positioning themselves within that wider Microsoft ecosystem rather than as standalone communications vendors.
ROGER365.io focuses on contact centre and attendant console software for Microsoft Teams. The business sells through partners and supports customer engagements across Europe, the US and Australia.
Tollring develops cloud software for communications analytics, voice recording and related monitoring tools. Its products are used by more than 22,000 businesses worldwide and are sold both directly and through channel partners.
For customers, the integrated offer is designed to bring call handling, recording and analysis into a more unified workflow inside Teams. For partners, the attraction is the chance to attach recording and analytics to contact centre sales, or to add contact centre software to existing compliance and analytics accounts.
Tony Martino, Tollring's Chief Executive Officer, said the overlap between the two product sets made the partnership commercially practical for Microsoft-focused partners. He added that the companies planned to continue working together on product development.
"There is a natural fit between the ROGER365.io contact centre proposition and our Analytics 365 compliant recording and conversation analytics. This alliance brings Microsoft partners a faster path to revenue and their customers a quicker route to value. By bringing our technologies together, we are creating a powerful, scalable proposition that partners can deploy easily and confidently. Tollring is looking forward to working closely with the ROGER365.io team to evolve this proposition even further through roadmap items and strategic planning," said Tony Martino.
