Thoughtworks & CYN unveil AI solution backed by Scottish Govt

Thoughtworks and ConnectingYouNow (CYN) have introduced a new AI-powered managed services solution designed to help enterprises reduce operational complexity and costs while improving customer service. This partnership, backed by the Scottish Government, leverages automation and predictive analytics to optimise technology investments.

As businesses prepare for the EU's AI Act and face growing challenges in managing IT infrastructure, CYN's technology—already used to improve accessibility in public services—demonstrates how AI can be responsibly adopted to streamline operations and meet emerging regulatory standards. This partnership between the public and private sectors underscores the growing role AI will play in delivering both business value and societal impact.

The solution forms part of Thoughtworks' AI-powered DAMO Managed Services. It integrates CYN's highly secure Enterprise AI Hub to provide intuitive tools for intelligent automation and predictive analytics. This technology aims to deliver the real-time insights that IT leaders need to inform iterative improvements to enhance applications over time.
