Seismic unveils new AI agents to boost efficiency for UK teams
Seismic has announced a new suite of AI agents designed to support go-to-market teams in streamlining workflows and linking enablement activities to business outcomes.
According to research cited by Seismic, more than half of UK workers spend up to two hours per day searching for information required for their roles, which translates to 520 hours a year and GBP £12,191 of the average annual salary for a UK knowledge worker.
This significant inefficiency is highlighted as a real cost to businesses, particularly as organisations face increasing pressures on margins and a need for faster, more personalised customer engagement. The adoption of smarter working practices, such as those enabled by AI, is presented as a solution to these challenges.
New AI agents
The Fall 2025 Product Release from Seismic introduces a family of new Aura AI Agents to the Seismic Enablement Cloud, aligned to the company's strategy to integrate AI throughout every aspect of enablement activity.
The updated platform features three main Aura Agents aimed at helping go-to-market teams find information, generate content, and take action more efficiently. These agents follow the earlier introduction of the Role-Play Agent, which offers an AI-driven coaching experience that enables sales staff to practise real-world scenarios and receive immediate feedback.
The first of the new agents, Aura Chat, is now available and acts as a conversational AI that enables staff to search for information, generate content, and execute tasks using natural language, referencing their organisation's existing Seismic content.
The second agent, Presentation Agent, is embedded within Microsoft PowerPoint, assisting users in building personalised, on-brand presentations with data sourced from customer relationship management systems and approved content repositories.
The third, Analytics Agent, is designed to answer reporting queries in straightforward language while directing users to deeper self-service reports for further detail.
Expanding capabilities
This release also brings additional AI-driven features, such as Multimodal Learning, providing users the flexibility to learn and upskill through different formats, including podcast-style content and contextual Q&A. Enablement teams are able to generate new learning assets quickly by leveraging existing materials, accommodating a wider range of learning styles.
Multilingual Support has been introduced as well, enabling teams to interact with Aura Agents in their preferred languages, which is intended to enhance accessibility for globally distributed organisations.
"We're embedding Aura AI agents throughout the Seismic Enablement Cloud, helping GTM teams with everything from role-plays to presentations to real-time insights," said Krish Mantripragada, Chief Product Officer, Seismic. "This release represents a major step forward in realising the promise of AI-powered enablement, but we still believe this is just the beginning. We look forward to bringing more innovative solutions to market that enable GTM teams, revenue leaders, and enablement teams to move faster, improve execution, and deliver more personalised buyer experiences at scale."
Customer perspective
Mark Pereira, Director and Global Head of Marketing Solutions and Operations at Lazard Asset Management, shared his experience with Seismic's platform:
"Seismic empowers our sales teams to focus their time where it matters most, while enabling rapid feedback that helps them move the needle and respond to client needs with precision. The power of richer data and deeper analytics is clear - it allows us to make smarter decisions, operate more efficiently, and ultimately drive greater success."
AI safety and integration
Seismic describes its Aura AI as being developed with an emphasis on trust and security. The platform is said to be compatible with widely-used tools, including Salesforce Agentforce, and Seismic is participating in efforts to promote the Model Context Protocol (MCP) as a standard for advanced AI integrations. These features are supported by Seismic's ISO 42001 certification, reflecting its commitment to secure, responsible and enterprise-ready AI deployment.
