United Communication (UC) solutions provider, Nuvias UC, today confirmed the appointment of Wayne Gratton to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Gratton, a seasoned executive with over a quarter of a century's industry experience, will utilise his formidable background in strategic leadership to consolidate and expand Nuvias UC's already prominent position in the collaboration market.

Gratton's appointment comes following a series of high-profile roles within the sector. Most recently, he served as Marketing Vice President at Infinigate. Prior to that, he co-founded Clarity Technology, growing the business from its genesis to a £200m enterprise in eight years, prior to its acquisition by Avnet. His illustrious career has also seen him hold numerous senior technical and leadership roles, including Technical Director and VP Digital, Marketing and Business Development.

In his new role, Gratton will implement an innovative solution to further propel market growth and seize new opportunities across the Nuvias UC portfolio. As part of his planned strategy, Gratton will utilise business analytics and data to foster company partnerships, advancing their development whilst simultaneously offering comprehensive, bespoke solutions tailored to the evolving needs of resellers and their customers.
