NiCE announces 2025 partner awards for AI & automation excellence

NiCE has named the recipients of its 2025 International Partner Awards in recognition of organisations that have facilitated the adoption of artificial intelligence and automation within customer service functions throughout Asia-Pacific and EMEA.

The company awarded partners across seven categories, highlighting achievements ranging from market leadership and rapid growth to successful customer migrations and cloud project deliveries. The awards were presented at events held in Croatia and Thailand.

In the UK and Ireland, SVL Business Solutions was recognised as UK&I Partner of the Year.

The partnership with NiCE has spanned over 23 years and was noted for excelling in strategic achievements, customer success, and adoption of AI platforms within the region.

Optus Enterprise Solutions received the APAC Partner of the Year award. This partner was acknowledged for exceptional performance, market leadership, and achieving the highest bookings across categories such as CXone Mpower and customer service automation.

The title of Disruptor Partner of the Year for EMEA went to Natilik.

The award citation described Natilik as a bold newcomer that is transforming NiCE's approach within the enterprise market by executing a visionary strategy.

Cirrus was selected as the Game Changer Partner of the Year. According to NiCE, Cirrus built a team of more than 20 specialists in CXone Mpower and secured four new clients in less than six months, signalling significant growth and impact in the digital and AI sector.

Singtel Telecommunications Limited, which established its partnership with NiCE in 2024, was awarded APAC Rookie Partner of the Year.

The company was recognised for rapid success within its first year of partnership.

NTT DATA was named APAC Rising Star Partner of the Year for securing the largest year-over-year booking growth across the region, reflecting swift expansion and increased engagement in the market.

The European Partner of the Year award was presented to CCT Solutions. NiCE highlighted the partner's achievements in executing smooth customer migrations, maintaining a customer-focused approach, and successfully delivering a sovereign cloud project in a regulated industry environment.

Darren Rushworth, President, NiCE International, acknowledged the contributions of all partners in a statement.
