Netradyne has appointed Melissa Ribeiro as Chief People Officer and Brion O'Connor as Chief Marketing Officer, adding two executives to its senior leadership team.

The appointments come as the fleet technology company expands across North America, EMEA and APAC, while growing in Brazil and Mexico. It is also broadening its work in what it calls Physical AI beyond vehicles.

Ribeiro joins with more than 25 years of experience in people leadership and organisational change. Most recently, she was Global Chief People Officer at Encora, where she was part of the executive team as the business more than doubled revenue, increased headcount from about 6,000 to more than 9,000 employees, integrated acquisitions and was sold to Coforge.

Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Actian, Deluxe, Yahoo, Opera Mediaworks/AdColony, IBM and Ingersoll Rand. At Netradyne, she will lead the global people organisation.

O'Connor brings 20 years of marketing experience in technology businesses. He spent four years at Samsara, where he helped build the marketing organisation and was part of the executive team through the company's initial public offering.

More recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at EvenUp and Gong. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at AppDirect and LinkedIn. At Netradyne, he will oversee the global marketing organisation.

The hires are intended to support a broader push to scale the business as demand grows among commercial fleet customers. Netradyne serves thousands of fleet operators globally and has recently expanded its AI agent ecosystem for fleet safety and operations.

Chief Executive Officer Avneesh Agrawal said the appointments mark the next phase of the company's development.

"Melissa and Brion each bring proven experience scaling technology companies through periods of rapid growth," said Avneesh Agrawal, Chief Executive Officer of Netradyne.

"Melissa knows how to build a global organization and a culture that people want to be part of. Brion knows our market and how to build a brand that grows with the business. As we expand beyond traditional fleet safety into Physical AI and build intelligence for the physical world, strengthening our brand and global organization is critical to our next stage of growth. Together, they bring the experience and leadership to help us realize that ambition," he said.

People and brand

Ribeiro said the company's focus on trust in its products also shapes its internal culture.

"Netradyne's mission is built on trust between fleets and their drivers, and that same value shapes how the company builds its teams," said Melissa Ribeiro, Chief People Officer of Netradyne.

"I'm looking forward to partnering with leaders across the company to grow an organization and culture that match the scale of Netradyne's ambitions," she said.

O'Connor pointed to the company's position in fleet safety and its broader ambitions in AI.

"Netradyne has built something truly differentiated in a market with enormous potential," said Brion O'Connor, Chief Marketing Officer of Netradyne.

"With its leadership in AI-powered fleet safety, growing Physical AI capabilities, and proven customer outcomes, the company has an incredible opportunity to build intelligence for the physical world and redefine how businesses understand and improve their operations. I'm excited to build on that foundation, elevate the brand, and help accelerate Netradyne's global growth," he said.

Netradyne, founded in 2015 and based in San Diego, develops AI-based systems for commercial fleets. Its technology analyses 150 billion minutes of driving data and more than 30 billion miles.
