NetApp, a global, cloud-led, data-centric software company, has announced the appointment of industry veteran Gavin Moore as Vice President and CTO for EMEA and LATAM. Based in Cork, Moore is tasked with accelerating NetApp's growth in these vital regions, as well as ensuring the firm retains a proactive stance with its expansive catalogue of cloud and storage solutions for customers and partners.

As part of NetApp's leadership team in EMEA & LATAM, Moore's role will extend to bolstering the company's culture of innovation and collaboration. He will play an instrumental role in promoting cross-functional collaboration to facilitate seamless integration of different functions. This will include overseeing the solutions engineers and technology specialists under his leadership.

Drawing from over three decades of technical experience, Moore will employ the best flash storage solutions, working in conjunction with first-party services from public cloud providers, to drive customer success. The technology leader has spent the previous 18 years at Oracle, where he occupied senior leadership positions across various areas, including business development, product strategy, and customer experience.
