Lexsoft Systems has announced the introduction of a new version of its T3 GenAI knowledge management (KM) solution, specifically tailored for small and medium-sized law firms. The solution is designed for firms with up to 100 users and does not necessitate a dedicated KM department for adoption.
The T3 GenAI solution utilises generative AI technology to simplify and streamline the process of knowledge management. Through this technology, the system automates the capture, collation, and classification of a law firm's knowledge base. The process is triggered by lawyers within the iManage Work document and email management system, who send the necessary documents or knowledge into the iManage Insight+ knowledge search and management solution. The content is then automatically classified into appropriate taxonomies within Insight+, a step requiring review and approval by a designated Knowledge Assistant.

The T3 GenAI service requires law firms to have a Microsoft OpenAI tenant to deploy the solution. It operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product implemented over the iManage Work platform in the cloud, within the secure Microsoft Azure environment. The solution integrates smoothly with cloudimanage.com, iManage’s cloud platform, and iManage Insight+, the company’s cloud-native knowledge search and management solution.
This approach aims to provide small and growing law firms with a practical and cost-effective way to implement legal knowledge management without incurring the high costs typically associated with such systems. By doing so, these firms can streamline their knowledge workflows, improve efficiency, and harness the collective expertise of their teams more effectively.
