Joseph Joseph has selected XPO Logistics to manage its omnichannel fulfilment and logistics operations in the United Kingdom.

Under the new partnership, XPO Logistics will handle warehousing, pre-retailing, fulfilment, and distribution services for Joseph Joseph from its facility located in Rugby, Northamptonshire. The move is aligned with Joseph Joseph's strategy to scale both its UK and international operations across direct-to-consumer (D2C), business-to-business (B2B), retail, and eCommerce channels.

The Rugby site, a high-volume e-fulfilment hub, will offer Joseph Joseph a flexible and scalable solution supporting the company's growth ambitions and aim to maintain high service levels. The collaboration also brings technology-driven solutions that provide real-time operational visibility and customer-centric capabilities.

"We're delighted to be working with XPO Logistics as we evolve our global logistics strategy. The transition to XPO's Rugby site has been seamless, and we're now fully operational with a solution that gives us the flexibility and real-time visibility we need. Our shared commitment to being customer-centric means our customers have experienced no disruption, and that's exactly what great logistics should deliver."

Sacha Vaughan, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Joseph Joseph, highlighted that the seamless transition to XPO's Rugby site enables the company to operate with increased agility and transparency.

Dan Myers, Managing Director – UK and Ireland, XPO Logistics, described the partnership as a natural fit based on common values between the two companies.

"Joseph Joseph is a globally respected brand, built on innovation, quality, and customer focus. Our shared values make this partnership a natural fit. Together, we are creating a fulfilment platform that delivers a seamless, high-performance experience for customers across every channel. Leveraging the strength of our team and our agile systems, we have delivered a robust and scalable solution designed to support long-term growth."

The Rugby operation integrates inbound and outbound logistics with value-added processes, aiming for efficiency and consistency across both B2B and D2C customer touchpoints. XPO's systems also support scalability to accommodate increasing order volumes and varied fulfilment needs in response to Joseph Joseph's international expansion.

The partnership allows Joseph Joseph to remain focused on its core business of designing and producing kitchenware and home organisation products while XPO manages the complexity of the logistics chain. Joseph Joseph, a British brand, has been emphasising its commitment to customer experience and operational continuity during the transition.

XPO Logistics serves a broad range of industrial and consumer sectors, offering end-to-end solutions that include full-truckload, less-than-truckload, pallet distribution, last-mile delivery, global freight forwarding, and warehousing. In Europe, the company operates 206 sites across 14 countries with a workforce of approximately 14,000 and access to 20,000 trucks and trailers, as well as 1,000,000 square metres of warehouse space.

The Rugby facility provides Joseph Joseph with outbound logistics capabilities for multiple channels and digitised processes, supporting the company's goal to deliver quality products efficiently and reliably to customers in the UK and abroad.
