Integrity360 debuts managed service to bolster cyber defence

Yesterday

Integrity360 has introduced a new Managed Attack Surface Management (ASM) service aimed at enhancing cyber resilience across IT, Operational Technology (OT), and Internet of Things (IoT) environments.

The Managed ASM service offers comprehensive visibility into an organisation's attack surface, facilitating proactive risk reduction, exposure management, and threat detection to protect critical assets. The growth in connected technology is significantly expanding attack surfaces, increasing the risk for organisations worldwide. Projections suggest an additional 50 billion connected devices by 2030, largely driven by the advent of IoT and OT technologies.

According to Gartner, organisations prioritising continuous threat exposure management (CTEM) will be three times less likely to experience a breach by 2026, underscoring the Managed ASM service's importance. Powered by the Armis Centrix Cyber Exposure Management (CEM) Platform, the service employs automation and AI to monitor assets, identify exposures, and provide actionable insights for remediation.

Jamie Andrews, Senior Director of International Partners at Armis, stated, "Integrity360's Managed ASM provides organisations with a complete, end-to-end attack surface management solution. By leveraging our platform's AI-driven intelligence alongside Integrity360's expert management and remediation services, businesses can stay ahead of evolving threats and maintain a proactive security posture across even the most complex environments."

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) defines an attack surface as every point where an attacker could access or extract data from a system, encompassing both internal and external assets. Recent incidents demonstrate how adversaries can exploit linked exposures to infiltrate or disrupt critical systems. Integrity360's Managed ASM service aims to address these vulnerabilities as attack surfaces rapidly grow and cyberattacks on critical infrastructure increase.

The service operates on a cyclical model to ensure continuous security posture improvement for organisations.

Integrity360's Managed ASM includes several key features. Asset Discovery and Intelligence are essential for organisations lacking a comprehensive asset inventory. This service offers complete visibility of all connected devices, highlighting vulnerabilities and potential threats.

The service emphasises Continuous Threat Exposure Management, enabling organisations to focus on high-severity exposures. By identifying and prioritising vulnerabilities, the service allows security teams to allocate resources effectively.

Remediation Support assists overburdened teams with practical recommendations and optional resources to expedite mitigation efforts. Furthermore, Threat Detection capabilities enhance the identification of suspicious activities indicative of threats, such as lateral movement or rogue devices.

Brian Martin, Director of Product Management at Integrity360, remarked, "Unlike traditional solutions that focus solely on IT infrastructure, Integrity360's Managed ASM extends its capabilities beyond IT to also include OT, IoT devices, and even specialised systems like medical devices. These often-overlooked areas represent some of the most vulnerable entry points for attackers. What's seen can be managed and secured. By providing granular visibility and continuous monitoring of the full attack surface, the service enables organisations to identify hidden risks across their entire environment and take proactive steps to address them."

Integrity360's service structure includes fortnightly review meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring transparency. This approach helps organisations track trends, assess performance, and prioritise remediation with help from Integrity360's security specialists, ensuring alignment with their unique risk profile.
