Insight launches new AI services to fast-track EMEA adoption
Insight has introduced Insight AI, a suite of services aimed at helping organisations overcome common obstacles to realising value from artificial intelligence. The new offering is designed to address high costs, extended timelines, and disconnects between AI projects and business priorities. Insight AI integrates strategic advisory, engineering expertise, and delivery frameworks to enable clients to move past limited pilot phases and towards measurable returns on investment.
Execution challenges
Recent analysis from Insight reveals that 71 per cent of organisations in EMEA remain stuck in pilot or experimental stages with AI, unable to turn early promise into genuine competitive advantage. Despite increasing confidence in the reliability of autonomous AI-57 per cent report being 'very confident'-widespread adoption remains elusive. The Insight AI solution brings advisory experience and technical capability together with proprietary processes gained from recent acquisitions, including NWT, Amdaris, and Inspire11.
Joyce Mullen, President and CEO at Insight, emphasised the company's practical experience and focus on outcomes.
"We're not new to AI - but we are introducing a new way to execute with AI. After helping clients across industries navigate AI and as we transform our own business from the inside out, we've learned what matters when starting an AI journey. For example, we've created an AI tool to simplify the discovery process of an engagement, saving clients money and getting to value faster. And Inspire11 - our most recent acquisition - has proprietary processes that make this even more meaningful, ensuring success is measured by client outcomes." said Mullen
Accelerated deployment
Insight AI features Rapid AI, a methodology intended to guide organisations from idea to proof-of-concept in five business days or fewer. The aim is to remove barriers such as 'discovery fatigue' and indecision around AI investments by quickly delivering prototypes that can be scaled further. This approach is designed to demonstrate clear business value at an early stage, facilitating quicker stakeholder alignment and a path towards full implementation.
Adrian Gregory, President Insight EMEA, explained the approach: "Our Rapid AI approach starts with deeply understanding the business challenges and opportunities. We then get to work fast with Forward Deployed Engineers building rapid solutions ready to go into production build. This opens up a new way of thinking about business and the possibilities to better connect with clients, drive intelligent growth, be more efficient and get there more quickly."
Client application
Clients are already applying these services. Chris Standeven, Managing Director at FirstPoint Logistics, shared the results of working with Insight's Amdaris unit: "Partnering with Amdaris, an Insight company, has accelerated our AI journey and transformed our operations. Together we've implemented agentic Conversational AI that now manages supplier and driver communications - chasing updates, resolving issues, and onboarding new suppliers. It's reduced our team's workload by around 30%, allowing us to focus on service excellence.
We've also introduced AI-powered Dynamic Pricing, which automatically calculates optimal job rates based on live factors like distance, demand, and availability. This gives our customers more accurate, fair pricing and helps them save money while improving efficiency across the board. Amdaris/Insight have been a true partner - combining deep technical expertise with a clear understanding of how AI can create real impact in offering service excellence for our client base."
Bridging the adoption gap
Insight's recent study highlights the persistent challenge in moving from AI experimentation to large-scale implementation across EMEA. The company claims that Insight AI is structured to address this by uniting consultancy, engineering, and deployment tools into a single engagement model. This integrated framework is positioned to enable organisations to build pragmatic roadmaps and accelerate value realisation.
Gregory commented further: "AI is no longer just a competitive advantage-it's becoming a competitive necessity. The organisations that win will be those that can connect vision to value quickly and responsibly. Insight AI helps them do exactly that."
