Yesterday

Gallagher Security is poised to unveil a series of significant product updates and host discussions with industry experts at The Security Event 2025 in Birmingham.

Executive Vice President – Europe, Spencer Marshall, commented on the upcoming event, saying, "TSE is set to be a standout event for Gallagher Europe, with a full strength team in attendance, a number of exciting new product showcases and, as always, a rich opportunity to connect with the wider security industry, we're looking forward to a really successful event."

Central to the company's showcase is QuickSwitch, a product designed to simplify the transition from legacy systems to Gallagher's security solutions. QuickSwitch aims to reduce installation times and associated costs while minimizing disruptions. It also helps mitigate risks tied to older systems, thus enhancing value for businesses. The system offers three variants, enabling a range of systems to be covered.

The forthcoming Command Centre v9.30 release is also anticipated to generate significant interest. This solution focuses on improving remote asset security, offering greater oversight and control in a cost-effective manner. It is part of the most feature-rich series of updates Gallagher has released, aiming to redefine remote security.

Gallagher will also highlight its multi award-winning Controller 7000 (C7000) range, with a spotlight on the C7000 Enhanced. Building on previous releases, the C7000 Enhanced is noted for its increased reliability and resilience.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the employee badge integration with Apple Wallet, which has been available since May 2024. This feature is integrated with Gallagher's Command Centre, allowing for straightforward access credential management via Gallagher's Mobile Connect app.

The company's perimeter fence solution will be on display as well, which aims to provide a robust initial line of defence at critical sites through its pulse fencing systems, designed to detect and deter intruders effectively.

Gallagher will have a strong presence at the event, with participants including Gordon Swallow, Sales Manager – UK South, and European Technical Manager, Matt Wills, who will both contribute to panel discussions.

Matt Wills will join a panel addressing trends and opportunities in critical infrastructure protection, while Gordon Swallow will engage in a discussion on future security system technologies in the ASIS Networking Lounge.

Bethan Thompson, Regional Marketing Manager – Europe, stressed the importance of such events, saying, "These events are vitally important to ensure we best understand the current and emerging needs of our industry. The opportunity to come together with Channel Partners, End Users and members of the wider security industry helps us to shape our strategy and cements our commitment to innovating with people at the heart of everything we do."

She added, "We're looking forward to another successful event, unlocking greater value for our users, and the wider security industry through the power of our people and our industry-leading, innovation solutions suite."
