Evolve IP, the global collaboration provider, has announced a significant expansion of its account management team. The move includes the appointment of experienced ITC professional Richard Howson and is designed to stimulate increased partner growth across the UK.
The newly enlarged team will provide extensive support across crucial sales activities and will help to broaden Evolve IP's base of resellers. This will be achieved by supplying strategic white-label solutions and commercial guidance to Evolve IP's partners and their customers.
At 35 years old, Howson is working in conjunction with a team of skilled specialists to offer top-tier customer management support. His primary goal is to ensure the Evolve IP product set is recognised as the go-to voice, contact centre and collaboration technology solution.
Based in Cardiff, the UK headquarters for Evolve IP, Howson will build upon his extensive experience in the ITC industry. This knowledge will be crucial as Evolve IP specialises in integrating unified communications, collaboration tools, voice and omnichannel contact centre solutions into the cloud, all from their international carrier-grade platform.
Speaking on his appointment, Howson says, "Evolve IP is a closely knit operation that really cares about its customers. My role is to make a larger day-to-day impact on our partners to ensure they have everything they need to grow, develop, and prosper. That could be from a sales, technical, and even marketing perspective."
He also highlighted the fluidity within the role at Evolve IP. "It's an agile company where I get the opportunity to have input into the decision-making, and I can really make an impact by providing pioneering and progressive technology in partnership with our industry-leading vendors."
Furthermore, Evolve IP offers prospects for personal advancement. Richard adds: "Evolve IP provides me with a strong and dynamic platform to develop my own career in tandem with the numerous growth opportunities we offer to a thriving partner base."
The move signifies a renewed commitment to partner growth by Evolve IP, and positions the company to continue its leadership in providing cloud-based solutions to the UK market.
