Countly unveils faster analytics & AI-ready platform for enterprises

Thu, 20th Nov 2025

Countly has unveiled a major update to its digital analytics and customer engagement platform, aiming to help enterprises establish a more robust foundation for AI initiatives. The new release introduces a next-generation data engine, an AI-ready pipeline for customer behaviour data, and a privacy-focused AI assistant, designed to give organisations greater control over the data that informs their artificial intelligence systems.

AI data foundations

The shift towards enterprise AI is growing, with recent industry figures indicating that 78% of organisations now use AI in some capacity. Despite this adoption rate, many companies still struggle with fragmented or external data sources that can hamper accuracy, compliance and a true understanding of customer behaviour. Countly's latest platform update addresses these issues by prioritising the collection and structuring of first-party data.

According to Countly, the new release enables firms to set up infrastructure that provides full control over their own data sets, rather than relying on third-party data. This is intended to support the development and deployment of AI-driven products and decision-making tools that are grounded in real user context and organisational governance.

Performance improvements

The centrepiece of the update is a new data engine that delivers insights up to 100 times faster than before in real time. The platform's new capabilities are designed to facilitate immediate action on analytical insights and support enterprise needs for responsiveness in industries such as finance, healthcare and telecommunications, where speed and compliance are critical.

AI-ready pipeline

In addition to the raw performance improvements, Countly's update includes an AI-ready data pipeline, designed to better organise and enrich customer behaviour data. The pipeline aims to structure data so that it can be used to train enterprise-scale AI models, incorporating details on user context and interaction histories.

This structured approach is expected to help organisations transition away from static dashboards and periodic reviews, instead enabling real-time customer-driven AI initiatives across digital channels. The company said that this enables more accurate and compliant outcomes, particularly as regulatory requirements around data privacy and usage continue to evolve.

AI assistant launch

The release also introduces Cee, an AI-powered assistant that operates within the Countly platform. Cee is designed to interpret analytical insights and provide guidance on advanced features in accessible language. The assistant is opt-in and has been built with privacy as a core principle, reflecting rising concerns about data protection in enterprise environments.

Data ownership priorities

"Countly is moving beyond analytics to become the platform for customer-driven AI," said Onur Alp Soner, CEO & Co-founder, Countly.

Soner added that organisations are increasingly recognising the importance of the quality and control of the data that underpins AI models, describing the new release as a turning point for enterprise data use in the field.

"Our long-term vision is to make Countly the trusted data layer for enterprise AI - the platform that not only helps you understand your users but also powers the intelligence that interacts with them," said Soner.

The latest update builds on Countly's existing focus on privacy-first architecture and real-time analytics. The company stated that it expects to further expand its offerings in 2026, emphasising the growing role of in-house data in the development and operation of AI systems for large organisations.
