Confluent reveals Accelerate, its new data streaming partner programme
Confluent, the data streaming company, has announced the restructuring of its partnership strategy through a new undertaking known as Accelerate. The company, which recently launched Confluent Cloud for Apache Flink, will employ this programme to support its cloud-native experience and enable its partners to deliver efficient data streaming solutions. Accelerate offers multiple methods for Partner engagement, which are augmented by strategic staffing and long-term data strategies led by the partners themselves.
Accelerate with Confluent is a revamped partner programme for systems integrators (SIs). By placing the emphasis on Confluent Professional Services, this programme endeavours to empower partners to deliver comprehensive data streaming solutions. It is anticipated that customers will be able to expedite their real-time data streaming journey irrespective of their industry or use case, thus promoting efficiency and productivity across teams.
Recognising some of the challenges faced by SIs in developing and marketing new data streaming capabilities, Accelerate with Confluent seeks to reshape the dynamics of the company's partnership model. The end goal is to assist more organisations in harnessing data streaming by developing, expanding and innovating through the support of SIs. Partners will have access to multiple engagement avenues with Professional Services, including Co-Delivery, Strategic Staffing and Crafting Long-Term Data Strategies Partner Led. These paths will ideally increase sprint velocity, deliver holistic solutions and ultimately ensure sustained success in the evolving data landscape.
Paul Mac Farland, SVP of Partner and Innovation Ecosystem, Confluent, said, "Creating a real-time central nervous system has become an imperative for every organisation in order to compete and offer differentiated experiences." He noted that the revamped SI partner programme aims to enable customers to attain their business goals faster through pursuits such as repeatability, profitability, go-to-market efforts, and new service offerings. The collaborative approach fostered by Accelerate with Confluent offers the potential for a shared source of real-time operational and analytical data, thereby simplifying the scaling of next-generation AI applications.
Confluent's partner program has received positive sentiment from its partners. Doyle Leabch, North America Head of Integration, EY, noted that the new offerings focused on advanced training and increased access to sales and executive resources look set to augment joint go-to-market strategies. Stefanos Katsios, Division Manager Big Data & Analytics, System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH, emphasised the value of shared visions in accelerating the journey towards new horizons. Meanwhile, Siriwat Vongjaukorn, CEO, MFEC Public Company Limited, found the partnership-first approach of Accelerate a stepping stone to scaling Confluent practice and joint go-to-market engagement.
Put simply, this revamp was designed with the needs of a data-driven world firmly in focus, the company shared in a statement. It is anticipated that Confluent's partner program will continue to pave the way in the sector of data streaming solutions going forward.
