Alexander Rutges named new COO of Beatgrid

Beatgrid has announced the appointment of Alexander Rutges as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Rutges brings over 20 years of experience in the media and marketing industries, previously holding leadership positions at companies such as international tech scaleup TBAuctions.

His experience in growth management and marketing aligns with Beatgrid's mission to provide innovative solutions for the evolving challenges faced by advertisers in cross-media measurement.

In his new role, Rutges aims to bring clarity and structure to the organization while fostering a collaborative culture across teams. His leadership style, characterized by open communication and democratic decision-making, seeks to motivate high-performing teams.

Rutges' entrepreneurial background and international experience, including two years in Shanghai, have shaped his understanding of diverse cultures and leadership dynamics. At Beatgrid, he will focus on leveraging data and technology to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment between departments such as marketing, sales, and product.

Beatgrid has been making strides in the UK market by providing brands with solutions that enhance their advertising strategies. Partnering with major players like PHD, Beatgrid delivers precise ad effectiveness insights across various channels using its Automatic Content Recognition (ACR) technology. This approach provides advertisers with a comprehensive understanding of their campaign performance without relying on cookies, addressing privacy concerns.
