XYZ Reality appoints Anthony Canipa as Vice President of Customer Success
XYZ Reality has appointed Anthony Canipa as Vice President of Customer Success, further expanding the company's leadership team.
Anthony Canipa joins XYZ Reality with more than a decade of experience in the data centre sector, having been involved in the delivery of over 1.2 gigawatts of data centre capacity worldwide. His career has been built around construction scheduling, project controls, and digital transformation, where he has used data-driven approaches to facilitate decisions across complex, multi-site portfolios.
Canipa has previously held senior global positions at Microsoft and Yondr. During his time at these organisations, he oversaw significant data centre programmes and led the introduction of digital tools designed to enhance performance, transparency, and accountability. His professional focus has included utilising new technologies to deliver efficiencies and support the industry's move toward more digital and measurable processes.
According to XYZ Reality, Canipa is also recognised for being an early adopter of the company's technology, notably using the platform to enhance project visibility and as evidence in resolving a major project claims dispute.

In his new role as Vice President of Customer Success, Canipa will be tasked with strengthening client partnerships, increasing customer adoption, and ensuring value realisation from XYZ Reality's construction delivery platform. He will work closely with delivery teams to maintain consistent quality across projects, supporting both clients and internal teams.
