Whatfix partners with Tech Mahindra to drive digital adoption

Whatfix, known for its digital adoption platforms, has entered a strategic collaboration with Tech Mahindra, a technology consulting and digital solutions provider. The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of data-driven digital solutions for enterprises globally.

The partnership between Whatfix and Tech Mahindra is designed to assist enterprises in delivering personalised user experiences and optimising application efficiency. This will enable businesses to better measure and drive the value of their software investments and digital transformation strategies. The collaboration is also expected to help Tech Mahindra's customers achieve meaningful business outcomes, including cost reduction, increased revenue, and enhanced risk compliance.

These products facilitate data-driven decisions, immersive training, seamless onboarding, and sustained effectiveness throughout the application lifecycle.

The suite is designed to enhance user productivity and experience, accelerating return on investment in digital transformations. For instance, by implementing Whatfix tools, Sentry saved USD $950,000 in training resources, Experian observed a 72% increase in productivity, REG experienced a 50% improvement in time to productivity, and Grifols saved USD $107,000 in reduced seller training and support costs.
