Technaxx unveils new in-car display & FM transmitter at IFA 2025

Mon, 1st Sep 2025

Technaxx has announced the launch of two new automotive technology products designed to deliver enhanced in-car connectivity and convenience for drivers.

The company is introducing the Wireless DAB CarPlay & Android Auto Monitor TX-361 and the FMT1800 FM Transmitter with Wireless Charging, both developed by its internal engineering team, marking the latest entries in Technaxx's range of automotive accessories.

TX-361: Connected driving

The TX-361 features a 7-inch high-definition IPS display with a 1024x600 resolution, designed for navigation, media playback, and app integration directly within any vehicle. It supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly, allowing for hands-free navigation, phone calls, messaging, and media streaming.

The device is designed for simple installation through a plug-and-play system, eliminating the need for complex wiring. Connectivity is provided through dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G/5G) and Bluetooth, with a built-in DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) feature to access a wide range of radio stations in digital quality. The monitor also supports Bluetooth music streaming, hands-free calling, and microSD card compatibility of up to 128GB, and features an interface designed for everyday usability.

FMT1800: In-car versatility

The FMT1800 FM Transmitter combines multiple functionalities in one unit. It incorporates a DAB/DAB+ and FM transmitter, as well as a 15W MagSafe-compatible wireless charging pad that facilitates fast, cable-free smartphone charging while travelling. The transmitter's design includes a TFT colour display, which can show song titles, station information, and the current time.

Other features include Bluetooth 5.0, allowing for wireless audio streaming, and dual USB fast charging ports: a USB-C port with Power Delivery and a USB-A port supporting Quick Charge 3.0. For user control, a multi-function rotary dial is provided. The transmitter's mounting system utilises a vent-mounted ball joint for flexible positioning, and it is finished with an RGB LED light ring designed to enhance the vehicle's interior appearance.

Market background

The release of these new devices comes as the automotive accessory market responds to increasing consumer demand for technology that offers greater connectivity, convenience, and personalisation options. The integration of smartphone compatibility, wireless charging, and digital radio has led to rising demand among drivers, and Technaxx aims to meet these requirements with the new TX-361 and FMT1800 models.

Technaxx stated that both products have been designed to deliver functionality for a wide audience, including both average drivers seeking ease of use and technology enthusiasts looking for additional features.

Company statement

"We are proud to present two smart additions to our automotive product line at IFA 2025," said Pascal Pekcan, CEO of Technaxx. "Both the TX-361 and the FMT1800 are designed to enhance in-car comfort and connectivity, reflecting our ongoing mission to deliver technology that improves daily life."
