Swoon expands IDHL contract to boost digital performance
Designer furniture brand Swoon has announced an expansion of its contract with digital performance agency IDHL. This development follows significant growth for Swoon, facilitated by IDHL's overhaul of the brand's online services.
Swoon initially engaged with IDHL in 2020 to leverage the agency's web services expertise. This was part of a strategy to enhance growth through a connected, customer-centric approach, addressing various operational and technical challenges the company faced.
IDHL's involvement brought significant business value to Swoon, particularly through the automation of back-end processes that allowed the retailer to have a scalable view of its inventory. Additionally, the creation of a fast, future-oriented website optimised for mobile commerce was a key achievement. Enhancements in user experience and performance were further supported by the implementation of smart data flows across the customer journey, thus improving optimisation and conversion speed.
Following these successes, Swoon has expanded its contract with IDHL to now include Paid Media, Technical SEO, and Digital PR, complementing the ongoing Web Services collaboration.
