Sage expands UK's SMB access to AI financial assistant
Sage has announced the expanded availability of its generative AI-powered assistant, Sage Copilot, to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United Kingdom.
Sage Copilot, integrated within Sage Accounting, is designed to assist SMBs by providing proactive insights on tax regulations, profitability, overdue payments, and customer activities. The aim is to enhance business efficiency by monitoring business data continuously, improving cash flow control, and identifying errors and opportunities that may otherwise be overlooked.

Along with Sage Copilot, Sage is enhancing its AI-powered capabilities to streamline receipt and invoice processing for SMBs. This involves automating the extraction and pre-filling of key details, checking for duplicates, and suggesting supplier and tax details for more accurate processing.
