Steven Marandola is taking on the role of Vice President of Innovation, and Rebecca Court will be the new Marketing Director. Both will spearhead the development and marketing of the company's portfolio of managed and professional services to bolster cybersecurity across all industries and support the company’s ongoing global growth.

Steven Marandola and Rebecca Court bring substantial experience to Quorum Cyber, which currently caters to 150 customers across four continents and is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security and a member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA).

Steven has an impressive 35-year record of advancing technology while serving in senior roles at blue-chip companies. He is recognised for his prowess in driving technological advancements and has held several prominent positions at companies such as Avertium, Optiv Inc, World Wide Technology, and BT Global Services.

Rebecca also brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Marketing Director. She has previously led high-performing marketing teams and handled integrations following mergers and acquisitions for private equity-backed scale-up businesses in the technology services sector. Notably, she was instrumental in helping digital services provider Incremental Group rapidly scale to a 350-staff business with recurring revenues of £40m (about $48m USD) within five years of inception.

Quorum Cyber's CEO, Federico Charosky, expressed his excitement about the appointments. He praised Steven’s innovative mindset and dynamic leadership, noting, "Steven brings a fresh perspective to our mission. His innovative mindset will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our solutions." He also highlighted that Rebecca's skills will help Quorum Cyber become the first UK-headquartered unicorn in the cybersecurity industry.

Reflecting on his new role, Steven Marandola emphasised the importance of integrating sales, product, and technology to stay at the forefront of industry innovation. "This alignment is not just about operational efficiency, it's about ensuring we always deliver solutions tailored to our customers' unique needs and challenges," he says.

Rebecca Court shared her enthusiasm about joining Quorum Cyber, stating, "With a focus on customer satisfaction and building brand trust, I’m excited to help the company drive growth across all our services and realise its full potential as a world-class cybersecurity company."

Quorum Cyber, established in Edinburgh in 2016, is committed to helping teams and organisations worldwide protect themselves from an increase in cyberattacks.
