MHP & Adobe partner to advance AI-powered customer journeys

Thu, 16th Oct 2025

MHP and Adobe have entered into a partnership aimed at enhancing data-driven and personalised customer journeys for businesses.

Partnership details

Management and IT consultancy MHP, based in Ludwigsburg and owned by Porsche, has joined forces with the American software manufacturer Adobe. The collaboration is designed to pool the expertise of both organisations, aiming to support customers by combining strategic consulting with advanced digital solutions throughout the entire customer journey - from strategy and platform architecture to operational execution.

Through this strategic relationship, MHP will contribute its established industry, project, and process knowledge, while Adobe brings in its suite of digital products, including the Adobe Experience Cloud. The intention is to deliver more holistic support to organisations as they implement customer-centric digital solutions.

Focus on AI and digital transformation

Markus Wambach, Group Chief Operating Officer at MHP, highlights the central role of AI within the new partnership. The companies plan to work closely on using AI within content supply chains, delivering tailored content more efficiently for clients at crucial interaction points.

"What makes our partnership with Adobe special is the combination of strategic consulting expertise and cutting-edge technology. Together, we are rethinking the content supply chain and taking it to a new level - through the use of AI, which provides personalised content faster, more efficiently and in a more targeted manner at the right interfaces. This is digital transformation in action for our customers."

Platforms for personalised experiences

In addition to consulting and implementation, a significant part of the collaboration will involve co-developing new platforms aimed at improving the customer experience. These platforms are expected to be customer-centric and make effective use of artificial intelligence to process and personalise interactions at scale.

Rainer Böhm, Associate Partner and Adobe Partner Manager at MHP, said:

"The partnership with Adobe is a milestone in our mission to deliver data-driven, personalised customer experiences. We are working together to create platform solutions for our customers that are not only efficient, but above all customer-centric, while realising the huge potential of AI."

MHP's approach is to offer solutions that are specifically aligned with its clients' existing technology environments and business challenges. The consultancy aims to provide process-oriented advice that enables its clients, many of whom already utilise Adobe platforms, to realise the full potential of their technology investments.

Strategic response to clients' needs

The relationship is described as a strategic response to clear client demand. According to both organisations, businesses require more than technology-they require guidance on aligning processes, objectives, and organisational culture alongside adopting new digital tools.

Jan Borgwardt, Head of Automotive at Adobe, explained this perspective, emphasising that operational expertise is necessary for new technologies to have a practical impact.

"Technologies such as Content Supply Chains or Generative AI only develop their value if processes, goals and culture are also developed further. A suitable strategy, a smart change process and operational know-how are crucial here. The expertise of MHP creates a strong basis for achieving tangible improvements in efficiency and speed for our customers together with Adobe's technology."

The two companies state that their partnership will help other businesses meet rising customer expectations using a combination of personalisation, data-driven insights and scalable digital systems. Areas such as artificial intelligence and the optimisation of the content supply chain are set to be priorities in their joint projects, with the expectation that these advances will benefit companies across automotive, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
