Mentor Group appoints Lisa Ojomoh as new Chief Revenue Officer
Mentor Group has announced the appointment of Lisa Ojomoh as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) after 18 months of her service in an interim capacity.
Lisa Ojomoh brings to the senior leadership team a wealth of experience, having balanced her responsibilities at Mentor Group with managing her own business during her tenure as interim CRO. This has provided her with unique insights into the organisational challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
In her new role as CRO, Lisa will oversee the generation of sales wins across existing and new clients, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams throughout the full customer journey. Her leadership will centre on servant leadership principles, prioritising the needs of others, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and development. This approach aligns with Mentor Group's strategic objectives to enhance sales training through its people, training, and technology.
Lisa Ojomoh expressed her enthusiasm for taking on the role, saying, "I am delighted to step into the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Mentor Group. The business has a strong foundation of innovation and excellence, and I am excited to continue working with our talented team and strategic partners to drive growth and empower sustainable selling for our clients."
Matt Webb, CEO of Mentor Group, shared his confidence in the appointment, stating, "I am delighted to welcome Lisa to our senior leadership team as CRO. Lisa brings exceptional knowledge and experience to the role, and she will support our sellers to define client needs and deliver outstanding solutions. Lisa's energy and growth mindset is infectious, and her appointment is critical in the next phase of our business growth. We are confident that, under her leadership, we will continue to embed sales training through our world-class people and technology."
