In a spectacular year of growth, Manchester-based tech specialist Sync has celebrated impressive achievements in 2023, acquiring GBP £1 billion in sales through Apple products, naming appointments to two distinguished government frameworks, and earning the accolade of Prolific North's 'Large Tech Company of the Year'.

It was not merely this substantial accolade that marked the company's accomplishments; Sync also earned recognition as one of Insider Media's 'Most Exciting Companies' and was shortlisted for the 'North West Business of the Year' by Business Desk, validating their sustained success.

Amid the swift expansion of the company, Sync increased its staff headcount by 15% year on year, with the Education Team witnessing the most significant growth. This investment in its specialist education team has empowered Sync to support more UK schools, academies, and universities in adopting cutting-edge technology to revolutionise education delivery.

Several notable achievements for Sync during 2023 encompassed their recent appointment to the TePAS 2 government framework, collaborating with large commercial clients like Auto Trader to facilitate their digital transformation and the ongoing support of UK charity Guide Dogs in procuring Apple devices for their 'Tech for All' scheme.

Scott Bordoni, the Chief Operations Officer at Sync, stated that being privy to several impressive milestones, ranging from their internal achievements to collaborations with some of the largest charities in the UK, demonstrated a clear mark of success. He said, "The team has reached a series of impressive milestones this year, from our own internal achievements to getting to work alongside some of the biggest charities in the UK and even seeing Sync placed on frameworks that will allow for more compliant routes of procurement for our customers."

"2023 saw us invest more in our team, promoting significant growth across our varying departments in order for us to better support our education and business clients around the country, a true marker of success in my books," said Bordoni.

Prominent business wins during this period reaffirmed Sync's position as a leading tech provider in the UK, advocating the digital transformation of businesses and organisations throughout the country. This enhancement propelled businesses of all sizes, from streamlining workflows in small enterprises to increasing productivity within extensive enterprises.

Pledging its continued commitment to the private and public sectors, Sync intends to sustain its trajectory of success into 2024 by providing the very best solutions in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner.

Bordoni outlined the clear focus for 2024, emphasising the commitment to ongoing support for organisations undergoing digital transformation in the UK. Additionally, there is a specific dedication to further aiding schools and universities in reshaping education by integrating Apple technology. The overarching goal for the year is to contribute to the success of these initiatives, reflecting an optimistic outlook and anticipation for another fruitful and impactful year ahead.

Bordoni concluded, "Our focus in 2024 is clear: to continue supporting more organisations across the UK with their digital transformation, and further support schools and universities in reshaping education with Apple technology. We are looking forward to another successful year."
