ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus earns ITIL certification

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus has achieved ITIL certification for 14 IT service management (ITSM) practices, as awarded by PeopleCert, and has been included as a Silver-tier member in the PeopleCert Accredited Tool Vendors (ATV) program.

PeopleCert, a global training and certification provider, assesses IT service management vendors through its ATV program, which verifies the alignment with ITIL standards. This approach includes evaluating the tool's functionality and the ITIL proficiency of personnel involved in development, sales, and implementation processes.

The certification of ServiceDesk Plus for ITIL alignment covers 14 practices, including Change Enablement, Deployment Management, Incident Management, and IT Asset Management, among others. These practices support customers in implementing industry-recommended workflows directly on the ServiceDesk Plus platform.
