ManageEngine scales UK growth as cloud & AI demand surges

Tue, 28th Oct 2025

ManageEngine has announced an increased focus on the United Kingdom market following strong regional growth.

The company confirmed that the UK is now its second-largest global market, generating 10% of global revenue and achieving 20% year-on-year growth. This expansion is attributed to rising demand for cloud-first, AI-powered, and Zero Trust IT management solutions among UK and Irish businesses.

Market growth

According to Rajesh Ganesan, Chief Executive Officer of ManageEngine, the UK's importance within the organisation's global strategy is substantial. Ganesan stated that as enterprises in the UK and Ireland continue to modernise IT operations, demand for ManageEngine's cloud-first management tools and AI-driven automation has increased consistently. Since 2018, the region has experienced a 60% year-on-year growth in cloud adoption, which the company links to a wider shift toward cloud-native business operations.

Ganesan commented on the company's outlook for the UK:

"Our sustained growth in the region shows that organisations are looking not just for tools, but for trusted expertise to navigate a fast-changing IT landscape. We're helping businesses across the UK and Ireland modernise and simplify their IT operations to reduce costs, strengthen cyber resilience, meet data sovereignty requirements, and deliver reliable digital services to their users."

With this momentum, ManageEngine has identified the region as a central contributor to its long-term global growth strategy, citing both commercial and technological factors that have driven this recent success.

Infrastructure and partners

ManageEngine's footprint in the UK and Ireland includes three data centres in London, Manchester, and Dublin, as well as a regional headquarters in Milton Keynes. These facilities are positioned to support customer requirements around data sovereignty and residency, aligning with evolving regulatory and operational demands across the sector.

In addition to expanding its direct presence, ManageEngine has established a channel partner ecosystem that now contributes over 30% of the company's regional revenue. This network is aimed at extending local reach, enabling tailored customer support, and enhancing the distribution of its services throughout the region.

Customer focus

Ganesan used his opening keynote to reiterate "the company's customer-centric approach." He stated,

"As a business, we base our growth on listening to our customers. For 23 years, every evolution we've made has stemmed from continuous dialogue and learning with those who use our solutions."

Feedback from enterprise clients was also cited as shaping the company's solutions and direction in the UK and Ireland. John Gaskell, IT Director at Kingspan Insulated Panels for Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, shared his perspective as a customer:

"ManageEngine has been instrumental in modernising our IT operations, unifying asset management, service delivery, and endpoint control through a single integrated platform. This has given us complete visibility across our IT environment; enhanced efficiency and governance; and enabled us to build a more agile, secure, and data-driven framework that underpins our growth and sustainability ambitions."

Cloud and security

The demand for cloud-based and secure IT management has notably accelerated among UK businesses. The company's data indicates that cloud services have become a focal point for investment, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. As cybersecurity threats increase, the emphasis on Zero Trust architectures and automated systems is a key strategic response for customers operating at scale in the UK and Irish markets.

Across the region, customers continue to seek integrated solutions for asset management, digital services, and end-user support. The company cites its customer and partner relationships as essential components for continued growth in the UK and Ireland.
