
Lifecycle & Collab team up for advanced NEXUS upgrade
Lifecycle Software has announced a partnership with Collab to enhance its NEXUS platform with advanced customer care features.
The collaboration is designed to integrate Collab's contact centre technology, which includes AI-powered chatbots, facilitating increased efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction for mobile operators. NEXUS, a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), plays a crucial role in the launch and operation of Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) by offering network integrations and functionalities such as billing, CRM, and more.
A prominent aspect of this upgrade is the incorporation of AI-driven chatbots that allow customers to resolve issues independently while transferring seamlessly to human agents when required. Support channels will also include mail, phone, and WhatsApp, and the contact centre will be fully integrated with Lifecycle Software's CRM solution. This integration provides service agents with a comprehensive view of customer data, enhancing the speed and personalisation of support.
