IFS names Mihita Podobnik Chief People Officer for global AI push

IFS has appointed Mihita Podobnik as its new Chief People Officer, following her tenure as Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Podobnik's transition into this position marks a strategic leadership change at IFS, as she succeeds Debra McCowan, who is stepping down from her role as Chief Human Resources Officer.
