
Hyland appoints Rob Kaloustian as chief customer officer
Rob Kaloustian has been appointed as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of Hyland, a company specialising in unified content, process, and application intelligence solutions.
In his new role, Kaloustian will lead teams focused on customer success, services, support, and renewals, with the aim of ensuring that customers maximise the value of their Hyland investments. His efforts will also include driving innovation and facilitating business transformation.

Kaloustian joins Hyland with over 25 years of experience in the global technology sector, particularly in managing customer success for enterprise-level clientele. Before his appointment at Hyland, Kaloustian was the Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering at Cloudera. Previously, he held the title of Chief Customer Officer at BigCommerce, following a 20-year tenure at Commvault, where he worked in sales, services, and customer success functions, and also served as the General Manager of Commvault's initial SaaS business.
