Global IT services and digital solutions company, Hexaware, has earned key rankings in the recent Whitelane Research 2023/2024 IT Sourcing Study for Europe. The prominent placings underscore the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.

Whitelane Research, a renowned independent firm focussed on IT sourcing research in Europe, conducted the study, which canvassed the opinion of clients using 26 IT service providers and 14 cloud providers. The resulting analysis drew feedback from over 2,000 participants within Europe's major IT spending organisations, encompassing over 5,000 unique IT-sourcing relationships and nearly 8,000 cloud-sourcing relationships across a range of sectors.

Hexaware achieved consistent placements, with a third-place ranking in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management quality. This reflects its commitment to building strong, synergistic relationships with their clients. Additionally, the company secured a third place in general satisfaction with service providers, as well as in the financial services section, further underscoring their unwavering dedication to meet, and likely exceed, client expectations.

Another highlight for Hexaware is its second place in the Price Level Key Performance Indicator (KPI), strongly suggesting the company's competitive pricing strategy and value proposition. The IT Domain performance satisfaction scores also affirm Hexaware's proficiency in Digital Transformation and Application services and its capacity to drive successful transformations.

Hexaware delivered a consistently impressive satisfaction score of 80% across any annual contract value, demonstrating its deeply ingrained commitment to deliver an exceptional service, irrespective of the engagement's scale.

Hexaware's Corporate Vice President & Head EMEA & APAC Operations, Amrinder Singh, expressed his pride at the high rankings, as they underscore their dedication to client satisfaction. He said, "These results affirm our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and the strategic value we bring through competitive pricing, transformative services, and robust client relationships. Hexaware remains dedicated to exceeding expectations and driving impactful digital transformations for our valued clients."

Jef Loos, Head of Research Europe, Whitelane Research, also expressed his enthusiasm regarding Hexaware's impressive performance. He stated, "Hexaware's stellar performance in Whitelane's Europe IT Sourcing Study reflects their dedication to delivering value, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
