Future AGI secures USD $1.6m to boost AI accuracy tools

Today

Future AGI, an AI infrastructure start-up, has announced a pre-seed funding round of USD $1.6 million aimed at scaling its AI lifecycle management platform.

The funding round has been co-led by Powerhouse Ventures and Snow Leopard Ventures with participation from Angellist Quant Fund, Swadharma Source Ventures, Saka Ventures, and a number of other industry experts and angel investors.

The platform is designed to help enterprises improve the accuracy and reliability of AI applications in both software and hardware to achieve up to 99% accuracy.

AI project failures often stem from issues related to accuracy and reliability, with existing tools lacking in-depth evaluation features. Future AGI aims to address these shortcomings with its platform, which encompasses high-quality synthetic data generation, granular error analysis, and effective feedback loops.

"AI is becoming the new software, but its widespread adoption faces a critical challenge - reliability and accuracy at scale," said Nikhil Pareek, CEO of Future AGI. "Today's AI systems are probabilistic and error-prone, with improvement cycles taking 6-8 months. We're building the foundational layer that ensures AI systems are trustworthy and reliable in production. Our platform isn't just about workflow automation - we're creating the data layer that continuously monitors, evaluates, and improves AI systems across multimodal interactions."

The platform has reportedly helped a Series E sales-tech company achieve higher accuracy in their agentic pipeline, accelerating processes and enabling more efficient customer interactions. An AI image generation company has also utilised the platform to streamline its operations, reducing costs by decreasing reliance on human evaluators while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Future AGI's reach extends beyond software applications to include hardware AI agents in robotics and autonomous vehicles, where stringent accuracy requirements exist. The company's technology allows for the simulation of edge cases, aiding in the validation of AI models under varied, real-world conditions prior to deployment.

The founders, Nikhil Pareek and Charu Gupta, have extensive backgrounds in AI and business scaling. The founding team's collective experience includes contributions from former engineers and researchers at technology giants like Microsoft and Amazon.

"The AI landscape is evolving rapidly, and one of the biggest challenges enterprises face today is ensuring the accuracy and reliability of their AI applications," said Sri Peddu, General Partner at Powerhouse Ventures. "Future AGI's innovative approach to solving this critical problem through their comprehensive AI lifecycle management platform positions them uniquely in the market. We believe their solution will be instrumental in helping companies achieve the highest accuracy levels required for production-grade AI applications."

"We believe great people build great companies, and we know from our data that Future AGI is one of the top early-stage startups for attracting the best job applicants on Wellfound," said Abraham Othman, PhD, Managing Partner of the AngelList Early-Stage Quant Fund.

The new funding will be used to enhance Future AGI's product development, grow its engineering and growth teams, and strengthen its proprietary technology stack. The company maintains offices in the Bay Area with an R&D centre located in Bangalore, India, to address increasing global demand for reliable AI solutions.
