CyberCX, Australia’s largest independent cyber security services company, has appointed Phil Mason as its new CEO in the UK as it looks to replicate the growth and success seen in Australia since forming in 2019.
Mason brings two decades of experience in the cyber security industry to the role, having previously held senior positions at IRM Security, part of the Capgemini Group, where he led cyber transformation strategies for some of the most influential public-sector organisations and global enterprises.
In his new role, Mason will drive the growth of CyberCX in the UK market, focusing on supporting new business and talent acquisition. Working closely with the global leadership, Phil will ensure a consistent, global approach, yet tailored to UK-specific cyber security needs.
