London's Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management industry leader, ControlUp, has named Tom Holland as their inaugural Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Holland brings to the role a wealth of enterprise channel experience and a history of establishing efficient sales organisations. Before joining ControlUp, Holland spent over 16 years in progressive sales leadership roles at Citrix.

"At ControlUp, we are on a mission to build a software powerhouse that capitalises on the explosive market for innovative digital employee experience (DEX) solutions," comments ControlUp's CEO, Jed Ayres. A Bachelor's degree holder in marketing from Rutgers University, Holland's career trajectory demonstrates his extensive experience and proficiency.

"ControlUp is perfectly positioned to transform the industry with a truly innovative and perfected approach to improving the digital employee experiences that are so crucial in today's hybrid work world," says Holland. "The growth potential is exponential. I am thrilled to be a contributing guide on the ControlUp expansion journey and look forward to building the team, channel, programs, and processes that will genuinely accelerate our go-to-market strategy."
