Aspire Technology Solutions receives Royal Warrant from the King
Aspire Technology Solutions has received a Royal Warrant from His Majesty The King for its work with the Royal Household.
The Royal Warrant, which is regarded as one of the United Kingdom's highest business honours, is awarded to organisations that have supplied goods or services to the Royal Household over several years and have consistently met rigorous standards.
Only a small number of technology companies in the UK have been granted a Royal Warrant, emphasising the significance of Aspire's achievement in the sector.
Aspire is now one of 16 companies headquartered in the North East of England to hold a Royal Warrant. Another holder, Barbour, is a well-known British brand and a long-standing customer of Aspire.
Chris Fraser, Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Technology Solutions, commented, "Being awarded a Royal Warrant by His Majesty is a very proud moment for Aspire. It marks a significant point in our journey and speaks to the standards we've maintained as we've grown. As organisations embrace modern, cloud-first infrastructure and face growing cybersecurity demands, we remain focused on shaping what future-ready technology looks like. This recognition reinforces the trust our customers place in us and reflects the innovation and ambition that continue to drive us forward."
The Royal Warrant award follows a period of significant expansion for Aspire, including the acquisition of Cloud Cover IT in Glasgow and CloudCoco in Leeds over the past 18 months. These moves have contributed to the company's aim to enhance its presence and technical capability across the UK.
Support from private equity partner LDC has enabled Aspire to continue investing in its managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity portfolio in order to serve customers throughout the UK.
Steve Laverick, Technical Director at Aspire and Warrant Grantee, said, "Delivering secure, high-performance technology solutions takes deep expertise and a relentless focus on quality. The Royal Warrant is a powerful validation of the standards our teams uphold every day."
"It's an honour and privilege to receive the Royal Warrant after personally working with The Royal Household for over 20 years, and equally, it's a real milestone for everyone at Aspire as it reflects the trust our customers place in us to deliver consistently at the highest level. I'd like to thank the entire team for their dedication and hard work. This recognition belongs to them."
