Adobe launches Acrobat at reduced rate for nonprofits

Today

Adobe has announced a new offering, Acrobat for Nonprofits, designed to enhance the capacity of nonprofit organisations to manage documents and business processes.

The initiative, part of Adobe for Nonprofits, aims to provide access to Adobe's suite of creative and document management solutions, including the newly available Adobe Acrobat Pro at a reduced nonprofit rate. Qualified nonprofit organisations can now utilise the service for USD $15 per user annually, which is a reduction of 94% from the standard pricing.

Michi Alexander, Senior Director of Product Marketing for Document Cloud at Adobe, commented on the launch, saying, "Adobe is the only partner that can provide nonprofits with the tools they need to modernise both their creative and document management needs to amplify their missions, and we're excited to make Adobe Acrobat even more accessible for more organisations around the world."

For many years, Adobe has supported nonprofits through philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and its range of products, aiming to address pressing social issues. Adobe for Nonprofits leverages these resources to help organisations improve their operations. This program includes access to Adobe Express Premium, discounted rates for Adobe Creative Cloud, and now Adobe Acrobat for Nonprofits.

Several global nonprofit organisations already benefit from Adobe technologies to drive their missions. The International Rescue Committee and the NAACP utilise Adobe Acrobat for managing confidential information, agreements, and creating grant requests and fundraising materials.

BRIDGEGOOD employs Adobe Acrobat for managing contracts, invoices, and fundraising documents as part of its UX Design Apprenticeship programme. This enables them to provide tuition-free design for social good while maintaining operational efficiency.

CyArk uses Adobe Acrobat to assist with organising storyboard sequences and managing massive document collaborations across geographically dispersed teams, ensuring effective connectivity.

Real Options for City Kids (R.O.C.K.) uses both Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Express to manage fundraising content, document client information, and design campaign materials that engage educational and advocacy needs.

Planet Forward empowers students globally to address climate change with Adobe Express, encouraging visually rich storytelling. Limbitless integrates Adobe's products into its workflow, employing tools like Adobe Express and Creative Cloud apps to design prosthetics and animated figures, manage contracts, and facilitate creative social engagements.
