They must be willing to take risks and experiment with new technologies and approaches. We are seeing increasing numbers of innovation labs in-house and many success stories alongside such.

Digital transformation often requires cross-functional collaboration, and leaders must be able to bring together teams from different departments and areas of expertise. They must be skilled at fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and teamwork.

Effective leaders empower their teams to take ownership of their work and make decisions. They must be able to delegate responsibilities and trust their team members to do their jobs. This can lead to increased innovation, engagement, and job satisfaction.
