Warp Technologies appoints new leaders, wins Microsoft status
Warp Technologies has announced several key appointments and achieved a Microsoft Solutions Partner designation as part of its strategy to accelerate growth.
The company has appointed Natalie Bell as Director of Growth, with responsibilities to expand Warp Technologies' client portfolio and enhance customer experience. This move comes alongside additional hires across the company's Growth, AI and Project Management teams.
Gareth Mapp, who took up the role of Managing Director in mid-2024, is directing the repositioning of Warp Technologies for growth, while deepening existing relationships with Microsoft and other prominent channel partners.
The awarding of the Microsoft Solutions Partner for Digital & App Innovation (Azure) designation grants the company access to technology, training, and support from Microsoft. This status is expected to help Warp Technologies develop digital solutions for its business customers by leveraging Microsoft's technology ecosystem, particularly in AI, Data, and Power Platform.
Commenting on recent developments, Gareth Mapp said:
"Alongside the growth we've already experienced, it's exciting to see the introduction of new faces like Natalie's. She leads the growth team and works with me to drive this new stage of our go-to-market strategy.
"Achieving the Microsoft Digital & App Innovation Solution Partner designation is testament to the hard work and dedication that our team has shown over the past 12 months. This milestone reflects Warp's exceptional expertise in delivering innovative, cloud-based solutions that drive real business impact for clients. We're excited about the opportunities that this status unlocks, including our ability to go to market with solutions in AI, Data, Power Platform and across the suite of Microsoft offerings."
Warp Technologies plans to continue investing in AI and automation technologies over the coming months and aims to secure additional advanced partner certifications. The company's growth ambitions follow recent project work for customers including K3 Capital Group, the Arts Council of Wales and the Children's Commissioner.
The expansion strategy involves both public and private sector markets, as well as regulated industries, marking a push beyond existing business areas. The company was initially founded in 2004 and is part of Kuro Health, providing digitalisation projects for organisations such as Capita, K3 Capital Group, the Arts Council Wales and the Children's Commissioner.
