WalkMe appoints Ofir Hatsor as Senior VP of EMEA Sales
Tue, 14th Nov 2023

WalkMe, a leading provider of digital adoption solutions, has appointed Ofir Hatsor as its new Senior Vice President of EMEA Sales. The news comes as businesses across various sectors seek to maximise the return on their software investments, in line with Gartner's forecast of a 3.7% rise in IT spending across EMEA in 2023.

Ofir Hatsor is stepping into this critical role with a history of experience in digital enterprises, previously acting as CEO of DGTL Ventures, a strong implementation partner of WalkMe in the EMEA region. As well as possessing an in-depth understanding of WalkMe's digital adoption platform (DAP), Hatsor has previously served as the Executive Vice President of International Sales for WalkMe, indicating a smooth transition with his return to the company.

Dan Adika, CEO & Co-founder of WalkMe, expressed his confidence in Hatsor's appointment, noting how proud they are "to have top talent laser-focused on providing the world’s best DAP to valued customers and partners in EMEA". Adika stated, "We are excited to welcome Ofir to our regional leadership bench and look forward to continuing to deliver business value in these key regions."

In his new position, Hatsor will be steering dedicated sales teams across London, Paris, and Munich to handle the increasing demand for digital adoption technology in the EMEA region. He carries a keen strategic mindset from his experiences and a passion for innovation, which will be utilised to manage WalkMe's EMEA sales efforts.

"As a veteran in the digital adoption space, it's an honour to rejoin the original DAP pioneer and market leader and take a front seat to the innovation being built every day at WalkMe,” said Hatsor. "The value WalkMe brings organisations has never been more clear with a recent study reporting the business value WalkMe provides its customers, including a 3-year ROI of 494%, achieved through a 60% reduction in support tickets, 40% reduced business errors, and $41.5 in new annual revenue. I’m thrilled to be a part of bringing WalkMe's massive gains in cost savings, employee satisfaction, efficiency, and overall business value to EMEA organisations."
