REdirect Consulting & SAY enter PropTech partnership

REdirect Consulting, a global provider of PropTech solutions, has revealed a new strategic partnership deal with SAY Property Consulting, a strategic operational management adviser for the living and mixed-use sectors in the United Kingdom.

This collaborative enterprise is a defining moment for both REdirect and SAY, the companies said. By harnessing their respective expertises, the partnership aims to fortify its comprehensive service offering to real estate firms in the UK's burgeoning Rental Living market sector. Its primary goal is to accelerate efficiency, enhance value, and amplify return on investment for their clientele.

This fresh alliance allows REdirect Consulting to furnish a more holistic offer to its clients in the Rental Living market. SAY will contribute its insights on operational budgets, amenities and services, landlord and tenant solutions, and estate management strategy. Thus, fortifying REdirect's real estate technology solution services.

In recent years, SAY Property has gained momentum in the residential sector across the UK. The consultancy firm offers expert advice for some of the nation's premier residential and mixed-use schemes. SAY's broad-spanning expertise runs the gamut from design and planning stage, through to the construction phase and onto occupation.

For two decades, REdirect Consulting has been a pivotal player in the PropTech sector on a global scale, supplying innovative solutions that incorporate Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and AI.
