ProGlove unveils Warehouse 360 for real-time insights

Today

ProGlove has announced the release of its new platform, Warehouse 360, aimed at providing warehouse leaders with comprehensive, real-time insights into shopfloor operations.

Warehouses have traditionally relied on tools that are effective for specific tasks but typically operate in isolation. This fragmentation has led to inefficiencies in workflows, persistent bottlenecks, and overly taxed staff trying to cope with escalating demands. By unifying hard-to-access data, Warehouse 360 addresses these challenges, offering a real-time, end-to-end view of operations without necessitating extensive system overhauls.

Warehouse 360 features a platform that integrates Warehouse Management System (WMS) data with ProGlove's wearable scanning technology into user-friendly visualisations.

Chief Executive Officer Stefan Lampa emphasised the utility of this tool: "With Warehouse 360, we're equipping warehouse staff with the tools to work smarter and safer while providing leaders with the visibility they need to effectively support their teams. By addressing inefficiencies and optimizing workflows, we're fostering environments where staff can perform at their best - enhancing both productivity and workplace satisfaction."

Key features of Warehouse 360 include real-time insights that allow for the quick identification and resolution of bottlenecks to boost productivity. It offers managers the ability to re-design layouts and optimise item placements using analytics to identify congestion zones and movement patterns. The platform is designed to reduce worker strain and injuries by focusing on ergonomics, highlighting areas of excessive strain and enabling proactive risk-reduction measures for staff well-being.

The platform leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to consolidate and analyse data from various previously hard-to-reach sources. This includes warehouse layout, workload distribution, and movement patterns captured by ProGlove's scanning devices. The AI-driven integration offers decision-makers a holistic perspective to enhance workflows, productivity, and space utilisation in real-time.

This approach builds on ProGlove's reputation for providing data-driven solutions that are easy to deploy. Whereas traditional metrics may focus on basic throughput or picking accuracy, Warehouse 360 delves into advanced performance indicators like workflow execution and task-level efficiency. It identifies real-time critical insights such as operational bottlenecks and congestion points, enabling leaders to streamline processes.

The implementation of Warehouse 360 is designed to align seamlessly with existing systems, requiring no extensive IT overhauls. It integrates with ProGlove's wearable scanning devices and the analytics platform, allowing rapid adoption and immediate impact without disrupting current workflows.

The solution promises to deliver measurable productivity gains, with early adopters reporting a minimum 5% increase through proactive identification and resolution of operational challenges.

ProGlove demonstrates Warehouse 360 at the NRF 2025 event in New York, showcasing its capabilities to industry professionals. Attendees are offered the opportunity to experience the platform first-hand and engage with ProGlove experts on the potential enhancements Warehouse 360 can bring to their operations.
